If you’re still narrowing down your options and need inspiration, I’m happy to provide guidance to ensure the property aligns with your travel style, priorities, and expectations. I’ll curate a lookbook of options, allowing for revisions (this service is a flat fee of $100). Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation details, VIP notes added to your reservation, and access to on-the-ground hotel contacts should anything arise.

I’ll curate flights (if needed) accommodations, key activities, transportation, and logistics to create a seamless, intuitive itinerary that balances structure with flexibility. You’ll receive recommendations that feel intentional rather than overwhelming, with room to explore at your own pace.
Throughout the planning process, I’ll refine the itinerary based on your feedback and ensure all arrangements are confirmed and coordinated prior to departure. You’ll also receive a detailed digital itinerary with logistics, timing, and destination-specific tips so you can travel with confidence.
This option is perfect for travelers who want expert planning support while still keeping their journey relaxed and personal.

White-Glove Travel Management
The VIP Experience is my most comprehensive, white-glove offering — ideal for travelers who want a fully bespoke journey designed from the ground up.
Every detail is curated with intention, from luxury accommodations and seamless transfers to exclusive experiences, dining reservations, and special touches along the way. I collaborate closely with trusted destination partners, hoteliers, and suppliers to ensure your itinerary reflects both your personal travel style and the nuances of each destination.
From the moment we begin planning through your return home, I remain your dedicated point of contact — monitoring logistics, managing changes, and stepping in whenever needed. This level of support is especially valuable for complex itineraries, special occasions, or high-demand destinations.

Planning fees apply to up to six leisure travelers. Groups of seven or more, as well as corporate travel, are handled on an hourly basis with a deposit required to initiate planning.
