The Luxe Route was founded on a simple belief: travel should feel effortless, not overwhelming. Sydney built her business around close relationships with hotels, guides, and insiders — the kind of access that turns a good trip into an unforgettable one.
This isn't about handing clients a template. Whether it's a honeymoon, a multi-generational family trip, or a solo escape, every itinerary is built around the client in front of her — with genuine taste, real connections, and zero guesswork.

Ease is the whole point
She has a soft spot for Mediterranean Europe and milestone trips — honeymoons, anniversaries, and the kind of travel where people feel connected to a destination.
Before starting her own business in 2024, she spent two years working as an assistant to a luxury travel advisor in Beverly Hills, and a few months living in Bali in 2023 immersing herself in the culture. She's an unapologetic solo traveler who's never met a hotel robe or turndown service she didn't love, and she rarely skips a night at the hotel bar — some of her best local tips have come from the bartender. She always orders too much on the menu, and wouldn't have it any other way.
What she loves most about the work is simple: watching someone experience a place for the first time, and building a trip they'll remember forever.
