The Luxe Route is a travel advisory offering trip planning and booking services, including but not limited to hotel and villa bookings, flight arrangements, custom itinerary design, and full-service travel management. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, etc.). We do not own or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service quality.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant travel supplier.
Planning fees, deposits, and/or full payment are handled directly with The Luxe Route outside of this Site — typically via invoice or our booking platform — as outlined in your service agreement or proposal.
Prices quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid in full, due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing changes, or availability.
Planning fees are non-refundable, as they reflect the time, research, and expertise invested in designing your trip — regardless of whether you ultimately book.
3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier (hotel, airline, cruise line, tour operator, etc.) and are subject to each supplier's individual terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.
The Luxe Route's planning fees and service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of trip cancellation.
We are not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation fees, change fees, or refund denials.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events. This service is something we can facilitate with in quoting and purchasing. We are not travel insurance experts, therefore any further questions on a policy will be deferred to the specific company.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
If a dispute arises between you and The Luxe Route, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days before pursuing arbitration.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, taking place in Harris County, Texas. The Luxe Route agrees to cover arbitration fees where they are deemed excessive. Each party is responsible for its own costs and legal fees otherwise.
15. Entire Agreement, Severability & Headings
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Luxe Route regarding use of the Site and our services. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in full effect. Headings used throughout these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
16. Changes to These Terms

- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (names as they appear on government ID/passport, dates of birth, contact details, etc.)
- Ensure you and your travel companions hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation
- Review and confirm all booking details (dates, names, itinerary) before final confirmation
- Understand that accommodations must be booked directly through The Luxe Route to ensure service quality, rate integrity, and access to partner benefits.
- Comply with all health, safety, entry, and vaccination requirements of your destination(s)
5. Limitation of Liability
The Luxe Route acts solely as a booking agent and travel advisor. We are not liable for:
- Acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, etc.)
- Personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to property during travel
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, civil unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure")
- Changes in travel advisories, entry requirements, or government regulations
- Financial default or insolvency of any third-party supplier
